Project Start & Preparation

Initiate projects, approve the start phase, and fully develop the project initiation.

Prepare implementation in detail.

Project Execution (A–Z)

Plan project phases, monitor execution, and follow up on timing, budget, and quality.

Monitor progress with attention to risks and close projects carefully.

Project Management Support

Support managers with action management.

Guard coherence of the project agenda.

Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

Safeguard procedural and administrative quality, including cross-checks and reviews.

Post-Delivery Transfer

Provide clear control mechanisms during implementation.

Define measurable points for technical specifications.

Create SLAs for maintenance plans, spare parts, and intervention times.

Document lessons learned.

Responsibilities & Impact

You are responsible for:

The smooth functioning of the project team (incl. ICT, procurement, engineering).

Timely and high-quality project outputs.

Consequences of deviations:

Delays, budget overruns, or loss of quality.

Inefficient use of resources.

Legal or reputational risks.

You functionally lead the project team.

Knowledge & Experience

Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

3–5 years in physical security.

Strong knowledge of risk management, project management, and project control.

Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.

Skilled with standard software; knowledge of Public Procurement Law is a strong asset.

Problem solving:

Ability to oversee complex, technical, multidisciplinary projects.

Understand strengths and weaknesses of team members.

Adapt easily to obstacles and offer creative solutions.

Work independently within procedures and agreements.
